MOVIE REVIEW OF SCHINDLER'S LIST

The movie was released  on 1993 and directed by Steven Speilberg. The film was about a German,Oskar Schindler who establish a business in Krakow ,Poland during Holocaust and gather Jews in to his factory to be workers and pay low rates and only concern for business purposes, take advantage for the Polish Jews Relocation. The movie shows the era and happenings how hard did the Jews struggle during the holocaust as well as World War II . Schindler's only intention is to make money with the help of Stern as his accountant and adviser for running his factory but due to the violent and unacceptable  treating of the government by the authority towards the Jews he felt pity and stand to protect on them.He created a list of the Jews with the help of Itzhak Stern. Seeing his people ,workers sacrifice and abused by the authority though he act like he is not concern but he truly  care for them. He save many of them and the Jews were pleased and consider him as their high savior. In the end when he was about to leave with his wife he sincerely regret and that he could  even save more people through his car and even his ring.He thinks that all he did was lacking for the good of the Jews. When he died the Jews honored him and the rest of the family whom he succeed to save.
Schindler's list is one of the best movie of all times. The movie was based from a true story and that makes it captivating to the audience, through the film people who were able to watch it seems turn back to time and experience the hardships of the Jews during the holocaust. There are scenes in the movie where violent is dominating and made a great impact as well as the intimate and sensual parts which may not appropriate to young and children audiences. When it comes to technical and the effects used in the film it's showcases the emphasizing of the ancient era of film using black and white, music, clothing and attitudes on how they react to any situation . Each character specifically Schindler embody and shape the image of the real person,it can create a certain perception of what kind of an individual Oskar Schindler in reality is.
If a kid could watch it he/she won't understand why such events happen but the things that will be stick on their minds might but the violent scenes and the hiding instances that the Jews did. How they were killed and how they suffer. It's also a quite help of gaining knowledge of the world's history, but I really recommend its a great movie to watch.

BABEL

Babel is a drama film produced and released on 2006 and directed by Alejandro Gonzales Irratu and written by Guillermo Arriaga.

One of the reasons why movies may not click or make people think it's confusing is the execution of multi-narratives and such one example is the movie Babel. A movie offers different stories and settings in a single film. The movie goes beyond common presentation of a certain story. The said multi-narratives includes different settings ,plots and characters which in the movie babel is clearly shown. Morocco Mexico, and Japan, through this places the movie shown different atmosphere and events that actually made the audience not immediately figure out the relation of each story or even doubt what's the connection. Also the transition and instances where the scene has to show Morocco and then switch to Japan and then back to Morocco and then switches again to Mexico it brings confusion to the audience. Since it's not presented chronologically it may end up to wrong interpretation of the time that matches on the director's real plan and even to the events in the movie.
The time affect the plot and the story through the clarity of its span of time on when the scene or story happened . Time will allow viewers to know how long, how short it may be. It helps audience to understand and comprehend more of the story and the message. In the movie the time is quiet hard to figure out but the scene where the Father called to the nanny and then the next thing the nanny did was that she brought the children with her to mexico.
The concept of flashback makes the movie more interesting and informative. It's also a technique to make the audience stay watching and feel that it's a movie or a certain absolutely not to miss. The use of transition of time and multi-narratives would be better understood by passionate open-minded audience.
Time affects the plot and the story and it's scopes are both advantage and disadvantage to the viewers.

THE ROYAL TENENBAUMS

A comedy-drama film released on 2001 and directed by Wes Anderson and
 co-written by Owen Wilson.

The  Royal Tenenbaums is a movie that composes many aspects and  factors of  a family and how each character respond, then shows variety of personality both positive and negative towards any situation.
The representation of women and men shows the distinction of how they react, decide and survive as well, those settings and music also represent emotions state of feelings which appropriately coincides with the character. In every scene in the movie the background ,the place represented the intention of the director to let the audience relate and to have  a mutual insights and emotion or to learn and be knowledgeable from possible instances of people's own experiences.
For me,the gender representation is quite hard to come up with an  analysis because men and women characters of the movie somehow shows both strong and weak  personality .For example the personality that Margot has ,she represent women in the movie as strong, wild and unaffected with the other people that surrounds her but deep inside she have deep emotions which she try to hide and let the people be blind with those frustration she do feel inside that can also be determined by the way she dress as well as the clothing of men.Richie also have a close type of attitude in the movie which allows the audience see that men also keep and try to hold their emotions and if possible act like contradictory on how men feel. The character of Royal also represent that men are capable of doing such things like in order to bring back a family that was separated and broken for a long time he manage to lie and make reasons to let them Tenenbaums live together in one roof. Men are stereotyped as people who try their best to reach and achieve what they prefer to desire.Every character and classification of gender opens up that there are various type of attitudes and personalities which people do contain. They differ and are similar as well at other viewpoints.
